Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR/Office Manager who understands the unique needs of caregivers and clients in the home care industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare (CNA or HHA preferred) and experience in office management, HR, and scheduling. This role will involve overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing caregiver schedules, coordinating client and caregiver needs, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the hiring process for caregivers, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
-Scheduling: Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure adequate coverage for clients’ needs.
Job Orientations: Conduct orientations for new caregivers, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed about company policies and procedures.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office organization.
Client & Caregiver Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and caregivers, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction on both sides.
HR Duties: Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Team Support: Provide support and guidance to caregivers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
CNA or HHA certification or equivalent experience in healthcare is required.
Previous experience in HR, office management, or scheduling is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of caregivers and clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
